Maybe this world is another planet's Hell.
-- Aldous Huxley

Oh, you who are born of the blood of the gods, Trojan son of Anchises, easy is the descent to Hell; the door of dark Dis stands open day and night. But to retrace your steps and come out to the air above, that is work, that is labor!
-- Virgil

The good Christian should beware of mathematicians, and all those who make empty prophecies. The danger already exists that the mathematicians have made a covenant with the devil to darken the spirit and to confine man in the bonds of Hell.
-- St. Augustine

The road of good intentions is paved with Hell.
-- Spencer Ante

The story of life is quicker than the blink of an eye. The story of love is hello and goodbye, until we meet again.
-- Jimi Hendrix

You say that I have no power? Perhaps you speak truly, but you say that Dreams have no power here? Tell me -- what power would hell have if those here imprisoned were not able to dream of heaven?
-- Morpheus
